Returns & Exchanges
At this time ElleSea Ray Swimwear will not be accepting returns. All orders are considered final sale. We do accept size exchanges if the size needed is available.
ElleSea Ray Swimwear reserves the right to refuse and send back an exchange if the item does not meet our exchange eligibility requirements. To be eligible for an exchange, it must be submitted and sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges can be submitted via email at ellesearayswimwear@gmail.com. Exchanges can only be made if:
· The original tags are in place
· The hygienic liner is in place
· The piece has not been washed
· The piece has not been worn or altered/damaged (must be makeup, deodorant, and odor-free).
· The package must include the invoice
· All items on sale are considered final sale (no exchanges or returns are accepted)
